Sweden stocks lower at close of trade; OMX Stockholm 30 down 0.13%
Sweden stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Healthcare, Industrials and Technology sectors led shares lower.At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 declined 0.13%.The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Telia Company AB (ST:TELIA), which rose 1.22% or 0.50 points to trade at 41.33 at the close. Meanwhile, H&M Hennes&Mauritz AB B (ST:HMb) added 1.15% or 2.0 points to end at 180.0 and Tele2 AB (ST:TEL2b) was up 0.91% or 1.25 points to 138.50 in late trade.The worst performers of the session were Sandvik AB (ST:SAND), which fell 1.10% or 1.50 points to trade at 134.50 at the close. Atlas Copco AB Class A (ST:ATCOa) declined 0.99% or 2.7 points to end at 270.3 and Atlas Copco AB Series B (ST:ATCOb) was down 0.98% or 2.4 points to 242.6.Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 389 to 246 and 60 ended unchanged.
Shares in H&M Hennes&Mauritz AB B (ST:HMb) rose to 52-week highs; gaining 1.15% or 2.0 to 180.0.
Crude oil for October delivery was down 0.85% or 0.46 to $53.71 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 1.16% or 0.68 to hit $58.12 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.11% or 1.65 to trade at $1539.25 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was up 0.36% to 10.7437, while USD/SEK rose 0.71% to 9.6729.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.40% at 97.922.
